Growing guide

  1. SowingSow in trays of fine, moist mix and cover the seed lightly; seedlings emerge in a few days.
  2. TransplantingTransplant at 4–5 true leaves into beds or pots with good drainage and full sun.
  3. PinchingPinch out the growing tip once plants are established to encourage branching and more flowers.
  4. TimingTime sowing so plants flower for your market: for a festival date, count back about two to two-and-a-half months.
